Blizzard’s BattleTag change now available – for a price

Blizzard have launched a new service that allows you to change your BattleTag (your nick) more than once.  This is not your account name but rather the nickname that other players and people on your friends’ list see.

Since BattleTags were launched in 2011 players were able to change it once only for free but now it can be changed as many times as you want for €10.00 or $10.00 each time.  This will please many Blizzard gamers as it is a service much requested.

You may be wondering why the round figure of €10.00 is being charged for this automated service. If you find out, do let me know.

To change your BattleTag simply go to the Account Management Dashboard (EU or US) and enter your details.
