Bigpoint attract 250,000 new registrations every day

205 million players currently playing Bigpoint games, over one million new players added every week.
Speaking at today’s Evolve conference in Brighton, Philip Reisberger, Chief Games Officer at Bigpoint, divulged some impressive stats highlighting the company’s amazing growth since its launch in 2002.
Bigpoint’s 65 active games (including DarkOrbit, Battlestar Galactica Online, Drakensang Online, Seafight and Farmerana) are currently home to 205 million players, with over 250,000 new registrations tkaing place every day. 
All of these games are browser based and follow the free-to-play/microtransaction model and none, repeat none, are available in their full versions via Facebook. See, Facebook isn’t the be-all and end-all of ‘freemium’ titles.
