Mythics
Mythic Uniques, formerly Uber Uniques, are the rarest item type in the game. They have a small chance of dropping from Tormented Bosses, as well as a minuscule chance of being a random world drop (though you’d have a better chance at winning the lottery).
While there are no (known) new Mythics in Season 5, all of them have been reworked, and many changed to be considerably stronger.
