While there are many ship manufacturers in Starfield, only some of them have shipyards you can visit and use to buy ships and parts directly from them. However, you can find every ship manufacturers’ parts at the general shipyard at New Atlantis, Akila City, and Neon after talking to the ship services technician.

There are also shipyards on Cydonia on Mars, New Homestead on Titan, Paradiso, and many more established cities in the Settled Systems. I know you can find the Taiyo Astroneering shipyard and the Stround Eklund shipyard in the tower on Neon. You can find the Deimos shipyard in orbit of Deimos in the Sol system. Hopetech is found on Hopetown and Nova Galactic is found in the orbit of Luna in the Sol system.
