Best players for Golden Glow Up (Part 2) Evolution in EA Sports FC 24

Getting an even larger upgrade.

Evolutions are one of the new features added to EA Sports FC 24, and they’re great to do. It’s always fun to use one of your favorite players throughout the year, and keep them on the same level as the rest of the game is currently. That’s why Golden Glow Up is such a great idea for an Evolution, taking a Bronze player and making them into a Gold player is just great, and you can find some real gems to make some pretty great cards. Here’s our guide on the best players for Golden Glow Up (Part 2) Evolution in EA Sports FC 24

Best players for Golden Glow Up (Part 2) Evolution in EA Sports FC 24

My first recommendation is to actually use the player from the first part of Golden Glow Up, as they only receive better upgrades by going through this Evolution path. We have a guide detailing some of the best players for that Evolution here. Aside from that though, there is a loophole we can work with to get some other players in the second part of Golden Glow Up without using them in the first part. Thanks to the requirements of this Evolution not needing a player from the first part, only needing an Evolved player, we can actually use some gold cards that go through other Evolutions like Welcome to Evolutions here, and get some great upgrades. Let’s go through some of the best ones.

Christoph Baumgartner, our first option for Golden Glow Up Part 2 in EA Sports FC 24

Baumgartner is a great option for the Golden Glow Up Evolution in EA Sports FC 24, at the end of this Evolution he has a pretty great overall card for an attacking midfielder. His medium.medium work rates aren’t great, as is his three star weak foot, but generally he’s a pretty great card for the early game of EA Sports FC 24.

Matteo Guendouzi

Matteo Guendouzi is probably one of my favorite options for this Evolution in EA Sports FC 24. His card at the end of Golden Glow Up Part 2 is fantastic, with an extremely well-rounded stat balance. He becomes a great overall midfielder through this, and he can even play CF if you want to play him there.

Ryan Gravenberch

Ryan Gravenberch is also another one of my favorites options for this Evolution in EA Sports FC 24. He has four star skills and weak foot, making him great on the ball in almost every situation, and he has an all-rounded card to start off with, meaning he only gets better! The only downside with Gravenberch is that he can only play CM, which means you can’t play him anywhere else. But with stats like those, you’d probably be playing him as an all-round box-to-box midfielder, so CM should be all you need.

Khephren Thuram

Thuram comes out of Golden Glow Up with an incredible card to use as a box-to-box midfielder. He ends up with four different stats in the 80s, with the remaining two being in the mid 70s. His high/high workrates will also mean he’s fantastic in that box-to-box midfielder role I mentioned earlier, just a great option all around.

Conor Gallagher, our final option for the Golden Glow Up Part 2 Evolution

Our final player for the second part of Golden Glow Up in EA Sports FC 24 is Conor Gallagher. Much like Thuram and Gravenberch, he really fits the bill as a box-to-box all-round midfielder. His stats are all above 70, with all but one being in the high 70s or exactly 80. His one stat which is below the high 70s is defense, which is 71. So you could use him as a more attacking box-to-box option next to a defensive midfielder to make up for that area of his game being missing.
