Level Zero Extraction may be a pretty taxing game to run with performance and graphical issues popping up. In a game about wits and perception, these issues could be game-ending, so let’s go over the best settings for the game.
There aren’t loads of graphical and visual settings for Level Zero Extraction, but there are the staples that should help you with any graphical or performance issues you face.
Best Level Zero Extraction graphics settings
This bit may require some tweaking and experimentation to get the perfect graphics settings in Level Zero Extraction. Most of the settings here have to do directly with how the game looks, which will significantly impact performance.
If you are having performance issues, turn the “Graphics Quality Preset” (at the top) down a notch. If you’re struggling severely, move it down twice. Play another round to find out how the performance runs. If it’s great, you may be able to tweak certain settings higher to your personal preference.
Some graphical settings will have less of an impact than others. The Shader Quality will have a much bigger performance impact than Foliage, for example.
Once you’re at a graphical level that allows your device to run Level Zero Extraction without a hitch, then you’ll have found the perfect graphics settings for you.
The other settings present are less important. The FOVs are personal preference, as is motion blur.
Best Level Zero Extraction display settings
If you are having trouble with performance in Level Zero Extraction, it may help to modify the display settings, too.
I’ve always found that changing the Window Mode to “Windowed” provides no visual difference and improves the performance.
Also, locking the FPS to 60 will help performance. I personally see very little difference in frame rates above 120, so honestly don’t worry about it too much if it’s ruining your experience.
If you are using GeForce RTX GPUs, then you may want to set the DLSS to a level that suits your device. This will output higher resolution frames, although could impact your device at high levels, so experiment with this the same way you would do for graphical settings.
If you are experiencing tearing with Level Zero Extraction, then enabling Vsync will certainly help. It may pay to toggle it on, anyway.
With these settings recommendations, you should be suffering from any graphical or performance issues in Level Zero Extraction. If you are, then it may be that your hardware needs replacing or upgrading.
