Let's light some fires.

Pals with the best Kindling level in Palworld

In Palworld, Kindling allows you to smelt whatever you need, and you’ll need a lot of Refined Ingots in the late game. Below, for ease, I’ve listed the top five Pals for the job. Only one has Kindling level 4, so I have chosen the other level 3 kindling Pals based on how easy they are to get.

Note that this isn’t a ranking, but a list.

  • Jormuntide Ignis – level 4 Kindling
  • Suzaku – level 3 Kindling
  • Faleris – level 3 Kindling
  • Blazehowl – level 3 Kindling
  • Blazamut – level 3 Kindling

Naturally, Jormuntide Ignis is the best, but until you can manage to catch it, one of the other Pals may offer a great stand-in.

Now all that’s left to do, is go and grab one. Suzaku is by far the easiest, for those wanting a quick tip.

Catching Jormuntide Ignis in Palworld

Jormuntide Ignis is one of the secret Pals that you’ll have to trespass to get. You’ll find one in the Wildlife Sanctuary No. 2, just above the volcanic island to the lower left of the map.

It may be worth catching two in case you want one of these powerful beasts for your team. Make sure to bring at least an Ultra Sphere to grab one, and bring Water-type Pals for as quick a job as possible. You don’t want to hang around such places…

Catching Faleris in Palworld

Faleris is a tricky Pal to grab, as it only spawns all the way north in the Wildlife Sanctuary No. 3. In the very top right corner of the map is where this private establishment lies.

Bring at least a Hyper Sphere, although Ultra Spheres will be more to their liking. You’ll want to bring Water-types to make this battle as quick as possible. Just make sure you don’t get noticed.

Catching Suzaku in Palworld

The Suzaku frequent the northern hot desert in a very wide range and often travel alone. Ensure that you’ve got some heat-resistant armor before you make the trip.

They’re easy enough to take down for prepared players, and you’ll want at least a Hyper Sphere to successfully catch one.

Despite their large spawn region, you may be looking for a small while for one to spawn in.

Catching Blazehowl in Palworld

Blazehowls are dotted around the western side of the volcanic island to the lower left of the map, where the majority of Fire-type Pals like to spawn.

Grab some heat-resistant armor and your best Pals, as you’ll be fighting both the dangerous local Pals as well as the awful environment. A good Grappling Gun is advised to get around the terrible terrain.

These Pals are tough, too, to make sure you’ve at least some Hyper Spheres handy if you want to catch them, although Ultra Spheres will be much better.

Catching Blazamut in Palworld

Tucked away in the Scorching Mineshaft on the volcanic island to the lower left of the map, a group of Blazamuts can be found. The entrance to this is just north of the Blazamut Field Boss icon, and west of the Easternmost Great Eagle Statue.

Naturally, heat-resistant armor and Ultra Spheres are a must for taking on these terrible beasts. Water-type Pals will be great here, as they’ll help you whittle and weaken them in the fight. Just don’t let them kill all of them!
