Besides all the easter eggs found in the many Spider-Men suits and villains revealed in side missions, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2’s map is filled with easter eggs. In this guide, I’ll skip the obvious easter eggs like Miles’ Wolverine suit and other heretofore unnamed villains and heroes revealed throughout the game.

What are the best easter eggs in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2?
While Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has so many great easter eggs, this guide will focus primarily on open-world location easter eggs you can find. Some of my favorite easter eggs in this game are the Spiderverse Spider-Bots and suits, but that’s for another guide.
X-Mansion location
Though there’s nothing obvious stating that this is the X-Mansion, there is an abandoned mansion in the north of Astoria that looks a lot like the X-Mansion run by Xavier and home to the X-Men. I did find two pieces of graffiti that feature a circle and an X which I took for a sign. These subtle nods get us even more excited for Wolverine.
Dazzler’s Stage location
Dazzler is a lesser-known X-Men character that has been seeing a slight resurgence lately. Her power is to turn sound into light which is really cool, but she’s known for being a pop star superhero. Physically, Dazzler doesn’t make an appearance in Spiderman 2, but you can find her booth at the raised middle section of Coney Island.
Avengers Tower location
We can’t live in an Avengers world without the Avengers Tower appearing in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. The Avengers Tower has been in previous Marvel’s Spider-Man games, but we still love to see it. You can find it fairly easily on the map, but it is located on the Upper East Side.
Sanctum Sanctorium location
Of course, a great easter egg in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is the Sanctum Sanctorium. The “Make My Own Choices” mission with Black Cat was unforgettable as was the note from Wong. You can find Wong and Dr. Strange’s headquarters in Greenwich.
Fantastic Four location
In the southwest corner of Central Park, the big building in the northeastmost corner of Hell’s Kitchen is Baxter Tower, AKA the base for the Fantastic Four. I love how the Fantastic Four symbol is being painted in as the Fantastic Four is just starting up. We know that a Fantastic Four MCU movie is coming in 2025, but who knows, maybe Insomniac Games is hinting at a Fantastic Four game. We already know we are getting Wolverine from them in the future.
Wakanda Forever location
In Midtown, you can find the Wakanda Embassy building. If you approach the west doors as Miles Morales, you can press triangle to do the Wakanda Forever gesture. especially if you have the purple Forever suit on, I think this is a really nice tribute to Chadwick Boseman, the actor for Black Panther in the MCU, who passed away in 2020.
Stan Lee Statue location
The Stan Lee statue in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales makes a return. You can find this statue and the inspiring quote beneath it in the Upper West Side perpendicular to the center of Central Park.
