Best Dual Wielding Build in Lords of the Fallen (LotF)

Have two weapons, just in case.

Lords of the Fallen, like all good Soulslike games, has a range of builds that you can form to shape your fighting form. If you like the idea of spinning two weapons around to slaughter and flay your foes, then dual-wielding may be the build for you. Here is how to construct the best dual-wielding build in Lords of the Fallen.

Best Dual-Wielding Class in Lords of the Fallen

To start your journey as a dual-wielding master in Lords of the Fallen, you’ll need to start with the right class. This build relies on Agility. This is because you’ll need to be using lighter weapons to hold two of them, and the powerful lighter weapons typically scale alongside Agility.

The two classes for this are the Blackfeather Ranger and, more preferably, the Exiled Stalker. Both of these classes contain high Agility stats, but the Exiled Stalker has the highest of all starting classes, with the added bonus of wielding two weapons from the start.

Choosing either of these classes will put you on the right track.

How to make a good Dual-Wielding build in Lords of the Fallen

With the correct starting class, you will essentially spend the rest of your level-up points on Agility and Endurance. This is so you can wield better and potentially heavier weapons as you grow stronger. This build does take some Stamina, from swinging your weapons to dodging and dashing, so you’ll be relying heavily on Endurance.

For this build, we’ll be ignoring the Strength, Inferno, and Radiance stats, as they won’t be needed. You may want to invest in Vitality every now and then to allow for a slip-up against stronger opponents. But a good dual-wielder will be able to back off and dodge to avoid all damage.

Considering you’ll be swinging around two weapons, the damage potential is great, so don’t fall into the trap of “I must wield lighter weapons.” If you can hold a heavier weapon, and it’s stronger, then by all means, swing away.

This build can be tricky to use, so make sure not to ignore charged heavy attacks and the multiattacks that you can perform. These may be your best move against most enemy situations, from one-on-ones to crowds. Experiment and mix and match your weapons to find the best combination for you with the above attacks in mind.

I hope this has helped clear up how to go about constructing your dual-wielding build in Lords of the Fallen. For more counsel on your journey, Lampbearer, look no further than PC Invasion.
