In Blox Fruits, you’ll come across many accessories that will provide you with buffs. Naturally, some are better than others, so I’ll be going over the best ones and why they’re good.
The Best accessories in Blox Fruits
Below is a list of the greatest accessories for you to own in Blox Fruits. Note that depending on your playstyle, a lot of these may not be of use to you, however, there will be some fantastic and versatile accessories that will serve any player.
This list is up to date with Update 21 and is composed from my own experience with the game and player discourse. This ultimately does make it subjective, and what works for most may not work for you, so make sure to experiment and make your own tier list.
Also note that I’m also only using available accessories, even if they would have taken a spot on the tier list otherwise.
10 – Pilot Helmet
The Pilot Helmet provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +130% Movement Speed
- +10% Health Regeneration
- +250 Health
- +250 Energy
Being able to move incredibly quickly at over double the normal rate while having superior regeneration allows you to escape your opponents for a quick heal, or to chase after fleeing ones. Although it may not be as “powerful” as other accessories, the unique benefits and strategies that the Pilot Helmet affords you are not to be overlooked.
9 – Musketeer Hat
The Musketeer Hat provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +12.5% Sword Damage
- +12.5% Gun Damage
- 12.5% Sword Ability Cooldown reduction
- 12.5% Gun Ability Cooldown reduction
As you can see, this accessory isn’t crazy by any standards, but it’s honestly a very effective one for players who use Swords and/or Guns. The damage boosts and ability reductions allow you to pop off abilities much quicker while dealing a great deal more damage. There isn’t anything to complain about for a PvP situation.
8 – Valkyrie Helm
The Valkyrie Helm provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +15% Sword Damage
- +600 Health
- +600 Energy
This accessory gives the highest damage bonus that accessories seem to give and is one of the best Health and Energy buffs out of all the other accessories. This means that even those who don’t use swords may be inclined to pick this accessory for the Health and Energy buffs alone.

7 – Pale Scarf
The Pale Scarf provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +15% Sword Damage
- +15% Fruit Damage
- +2 Instinct Dodges
- 10x larger Instinct vision range (affects players only, not NPC enemies)
The Pale Scarf allows a good advantage in PvP combat, with the most increase of damage seen for any of the weapon types. Not only this, but the Instinct buffs allow a huge advantage even over other Instinct users, with the dodging getting you out of a lot of trouble.
6 – Terror Jaw
The Terror Jaw provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +10% Sword Damage
- 10% ability cooldown for any weapon
- +20% Defence
- +200 Energy (During a Sea Event only)
- +200 Health (During a Sea Event only)
This accessory makes fighting Sea Events easier but gets a place on this tier list as it makes you very hardy with the increased defense. Even though it specializes in Sword damage, the ability cooldown affects all weapons, so it can become a boon for anyone wanting to grind Sea Events and fight others.
5 – Dark Coat
The Dark Coat provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +15% Blox Fruit Damage
- +600 Health
- +600 Energy
There isn’t a lot to complain about if you’re a Blox Fruit user, as an extra 15% of damage is always welcome. The increase of Health and Energy also makes you more robust and able in combat. For those wanting a powerful no-nonsense accessory, the Dark Coat is for you.
4 – Leviathan Crown
The Leviathan Crown provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +12% Melee Damage
- +35% Damage to Sea Event enemies
- +35% Health Regeneration
- +40% Material Drop rate
- +1 Instinct Dodge
The only accessory in this list to buff Melee Damage, this accessory is mostly geared toward buffing your success for Sea Events. Even though it’s not a PvP accessory, this one is incredibly useful for gaining needed materials and also serves well in general combat, assuming you prefer to use fighting styles.

3 – Kitsune Ribbon
The Kitsune Ribbon provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +10% Defense against Blox Fruits Damage
- +15% Health regeneration
- +30% Movement Speed
- +7 Dash Distance
- -25% Flash Step Cooldown
- +2500 Energy
This accessory has a lot going for it and is versatile for any play style. All of the buffs allow you to be more mobile and agile, allowing you to close distance or create some. The health regeneration and defense against Blox Fruits damage also make it viable in the heart of PvP combat.
2 – Kitsune Mask
The Kitsune Mask provides the following buffs when equipped:
- +10% Blox Fruit damage
- +2 Instinct Dodges
- +15% Fruit Meter Regeneration Speed
- +50% Clear Vision in Dark Sea
- +750 Health
For any Blox Fruit user, a lot can be benefitted from the Kitsune Mask. It trumps other accessories that may provide even more damage because of the huge health bonus and the increased Fruit Meter Regeneration Speed. Skilled players will be able to make much more use of this than simply a minor increase of damage compared to other accessories.
1 – Leviathan Shield
The Leviathan Shield provides the following buffs when equipped:
- 15% Defence against Sword, Gun, and Melee
- -90% Water Damage
- +30% Water Defence
- +1,000 Health (When in a Sea Event)
This accessory is insane when it comes to defending yourself. I’ve placed it in the top spot of the list as it almost works like a reverse damage increase. As long as the enemy has a much harder time damaging you than you’ll have damaging them, then the combat is in your favor. Being able to fend off against three other weapon types will benefit any player.
