You can insert your own joke here about The History Channel involving themselves with a World War II game (seriously, they’re obsessed with that time period,) but anything that nudges turn-based strategy a bit further back into the limelight is alright by me. That is, assuming the game turns out to be any good.
It’s hard to really tell from this 30 second trailer, though I appreciate the innocent addition of an “actual gameplay” sticker over the portions which really could not be mistaken for anything else. Other than those brief glimpses, there’s not a whole lot here aside from General Patton’s “Wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men” quote (bit harsh on the women who contributed to the victory, that.)
