Baldur’s Gate 3 fan created the entire journey on one large map

Hard work paid off.

One Baldur’s Gate 3 fan created the entire journey on one large map, which sounds impossible at first. But once you see it, you’ll be surprised just how compact these maps can look. After many weeks of hard work, this fan’s art has gone viral on Reddit.

This Baldur’s Gate 3 fan, “Jazzlike-Leopard-136”, on Reddit created the entire journey of the game in one large map, stylized like a traditional game map. They said it took them a lot of effort but they’re excited to print it and hang it on their wall. This makes me want to do the same, just look at how incredible this map is!

In less than 24 hours this Reddit post reached over 10,000 upvotes on the Baldur’s Gate 3 subreddit, and for good reason. On the bottom right you can see the start of your journey in Act 1 with the Wilderness and Druid Grove. Connecting to the left are the Shadow-Cursed Lands with separate mountain and Underdark passages.

You’ll then spot the grand Gauntlet of Shar which nearly overlaps the city of Baldur’s Gate with the sheer size of this dungeon. On the left, you’ll see Rivington connected to Wyrm’s Crossing and the gigantic Lower City. Imagine if Larian Studios completed the Upper City section before launch, this map would’ve been even more expansive.

The replies are commending this artist for this incredible map. Some are noting that they’re surprised at how small some of the areas look from this view. Exploring them made them feel so much bigger than when you put it all together on a map like this.

Other replies noted that some locations were missing, but the OP stated that they didn’t find a spot to put certain places like the House of Hope. If you’re looking to see more interesting posts from the BG3 subreddit, one player described how they won Honor Mode in the craziest way possible.
