Avalanche shares an enigmatic screenshot, may be Mad Max/Just Cause 3

It’s blurry screenshot deduction time! A screen image shared by Avalanche’s Christofer Sundberg with the words “We’re making awesome games at #avalanchestudios!” proves conclusively that the studio is once again committed to making games in which you can kick a person off a motorbike and steal it for yourself (see also Just Cause 2.)

So is this Just Cause 3? Perhaps, but there are other options:

(1) It could be from a Mad Max title that Avalanche is said to have been working on for some time.

(2) It’s a surprisingly gritty level from Disney’s Infinity (ok, yes, not very likely.)

(3) Another game that Avalanche haven’t even talked about yet.

Teases like this tend to escalate to real news before too long, so no doubt we’ll have word soon enough.
