“I believe in vengeance,” sang 1980s issue-rockers New Model Army, once. They probably weren’t talking about the latest Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 map pack DLC release, because for one thing that would mean they were able to see the future and for another it would make that song really dull. Whether you believe in it or not, however, Vengeance is coming to the PC on 1 August.
What do you get for your $15.00 USD (or $0.00 if you already paid $50.00 USD for a Season Pass)? Well, four multiplayer maps scattered across locations as far apart as Myanmar, the Indian Ocean and the East Coast of the US. There’s also “Uplink” which isn’t a free copy of an Introversion game but is instead a remake of the “Summit” map from the first Black Ops.
It wouldn’t be a Black Ops 2 DLC thingummy without zombies, so look forward to “Buried,” an Old West mining town where the residents are still walking around like it’s the 1800s as well.
That’ll all look a little something like this.
