Jesper Kyd’s soundtrack to Assassin’s Creed II will be available for purchase prior to the game.Jesper Kyd, whose extensive profile includes scoring the Hitman series and the original Assassin’s Creed, was tapped to work on the music for the sneaky-stabby sequel.”We created a unique musical identity for Assassin’s Creed II that reflects the character and story of Ezio and elevated the music, both in terms of creativity and live production, to a whole new level,” said Kyd, of his work.The soundtrack should be available for digital download from “popular music stores” from 16 November, we’re told, with the game itself due out a little later on 17 November in the States, and 20 November here in Europe.If you’re interested in Assassin’s Creed 2, then stay tuned – we should have a brand-new preview up for you soon.
