Apex Legends Season 8 is well under way. The very start of the season introduced Fuse as the latest Legend. The developers also recently added in an option to allow players to queue into a matches solo. One area that has not changed is that Apex Legends still offers exclusive skins which can be claimed by Prime Gaming members. This month, the Apex Legends Prime Gaming skin will be for Octane. It will be available to claim on March 10.
To claim the Prime Gaming skin for Octane, you will need to navigate a few steps. The first step is to visit the Apex Legends page on the Prime Gaming website. You will then need to click the “claim now” option above the Octane skin. Sign in to your account. If your EA account is not already linked with Twitch, you will be taken to the EA website where you will be able to sign in and link your accounts. Once you have completed all of these steps, you will be able to claim your free Octane skin.
More Apex Legends rewards with Prime Gaming
It appears that Prime Gaming skins are usually popular among players who have a subscription. There is no doubt that the Octane skin will be no different. Respawn Entertainment kicked off the year with the Wraith Queen of Hearts skin. The Octane skin dresses the character in a purple suit, fitting with the Prime Gaming theme. The bright purple goggles are sure to make Octane stand out from the crowd.
Now that Octane is good to go, it will be interesting to see which character in Apex Legends gets a Prime Gaming skin next. Make sure that you check back monthly so you can get your hands on every free reward to add to your inventory.
Apex Legends is not the only game to have regular Prime Gaming rewards. Recently, it was announced that FIFA 21 players with a Prime Gaming subscription will be getting monthly rewards. Games like Destiny 2 get plenty of Prime Gaming rewards as well.
