Gala Networks are getting to launch a new expansion next month for the free to play MMO.
This new expansion will include updates for both high and low level players to improve the game’s levelling curve which will include a new zone for end-game players, Kingdom of Elements, which picks up where the Cave of Tka Rik left off. The new area will give high level players the opportunity to take on this ‘new discovered evil’ deep within Astral.
A big change is the revision of the first 25 levels with extensive re-balancing to make the game ‘more immersive’ for new players. This will include easier monsters, faster combat and level curve that help new players get through the early stages of the game.
Another major change is the removal of the fatigue system the bonus XP it provided will now be distributed equally across all levels to help players reach the end-game level 47 content quicker. Two new player classes will also be added bringing the total playable classes up to 30.
The Arena of Death PvP instance has also been tweaked and will now be open constantly for PvP instead of twice daily and features a new match-making system.
Last but not least, Astral ship interiors can now be customised with a variety of decor.
