Owning a weapon is fine, but without attachments and accessories, it’s never going to reach its full potential. There are tons to pick and choose from in Once Human, but most of the best weapon attachments need to be sought out in their specific location.

Broken Delta
This is the starting area in Once Human, so it’s a great place to begin picking up various attachments for your gear. There are 10 weapon attachments found here.

| 4 | Small Brake | SMG, Rifle | In the south of Broken Delta, there is a small island south of Meyer’s Market. To gain access to this accessory, you must first interact with the Mysterious Painting located in the south of the High Banks settlement. |
| 5 | Mid-Range optic | On the west shore of the lake by the Sunbury settlement are some stone ruins with some door frames standing. Interact with these to begin the puzzle. You must go through the doors in order of Orange, Purple, and then Black. | |
| 6 | Osprey Supressor | Pistol, SMG | Southeast of the Hearst Mudflats, look for a blue square surrounded by orange cones. Stand inside the cones and activate the mission. Look towards the broken billboard and, while staying within the cones, move your view until the billboard lines up. |
| 7 | Light reflex sight | Pistol | Southeast of Sutherland Chemical Plant, head into the graveyard and look for the stone statues on the platform. Here you can activate the challenge by interacting with the purple gravestone. You need to turn all the statues facing inward to unlock the weapon accessory chest in Once Human. |
| 8 | Tactical Flash Hider | Pistol, SMG, Rifle | Just to the west of the Sutherland Chemical Plant, you will find this lily pad challenge. The accessory can be picked up on the water by jumping across the lily pads. |
| 9 | Mini Reflex Sight, Small Infrared | Along the southern coast of Broken Delta, you will find a set of roadsigns to shoot. This will unlock the weapon accessory in Once Human. The area is to the east of the Ship Graveyard. | |

Iron River
Heading into Iron River, we find many more weapon accessories and attachments. Like in Broken Delta, Iron River has 10 weapon attachments to collect.

| 5 | Amended Pistol Mag | Pistol | At the Ricci Securement Point, head into the north building. On the ground floor, in the southwest corner, there is an investigation point. Interact with this, then head into the room next door to interact with the securement unit containing a deviation. Then, look up to the left and locate the doll. Look back to the deviation to unlock the next Attachment. |

| 9 | Light optic | Just north of the Dayton Hospital, you will find a painting beside the road. Interact with this and then make your way to the road leading north out of Mirage Monolith. Here you will find the crate containing the next weapon attachment in Once Human. | |

Red Sands
In the Northeast of Once Human, you can grab a total of 11 weapon accessories and attachments.

Blackheart Region
Right up in the north of the map, you will find yourself in the Blackheart region, which is home to nine different weapon attachments in Once Human.

Dayton Wetlands
There is only one weapon accessory in Dayton Wetland to find in Once Human. This is a Shotgun Brake and can be found east of Throughville. It is a door challenge in the field. Activate the challenge and walk through the doors in Blue, Green, and Yellow order.
Once you’re geared up, you should probably start thinking about taking down some of the bosses.
