How does the Trick or Treat event work in Monopoly GO?

The Trick or Treat event in Monopoly GO is a milestone event, which means you’ll be earning points to advance to new rewards. There are a certain number of thresholds that you’ll reach by earning points. There are so many milestones in such a short time frame that it’ll be a race against the clock! There are a whopping 49 milestones in this event, so you’ll be busy.

In Trick or Treat, you’ll be earning candy buckets to advance to new reward milestones. You can get these points by landing on either Tax Tile, for +3 points, or either Utility Tile, or +2 points. So it is truly a trick or treat situation with how you earn them!

You’ll want your multiplier active to get far, as the multiplier also multiplies your earned points!

Best way to win Trick or Treat event rewards

Your success with the Trick or Treat event rewards in Monopoly GO is entirely dependant on how your dice roll, so there is little you can do to influence that. However, there are some things you should keep in mind to maximise your success.

Claim all the free dice rolls you can get before you start rolling to maximise your time with higher multipliers. Thankfully, the Spooky Cars Partner Event is active, and you can earn 600 free dice off the bat as long as you have a partner for each car and you’ve hit the first point milestone for each of them.

Having higher multipliers may cost more dice, but your chances of landing on the four tiles are so minimal that you’ll want to be rewarded big time if you do land on one. You’re more likely to earn more points by using more dice instead of rolling each dice at a x1 multiplier, as you probably won’t land on the tiles you need to enough to justify it.

How long is the Trick or Treat Event?

The Trick or Treat event has a short life-span, as it’s only active until November the 1st, when the spooky time of Halloween comes to an end. If you want to hit all the milestones, then you’d better be lucky.

I hope this has helped inform you, fellow mogul, and I wish you all the luck in this event! For more Monopoly GO assistance, check in with PC Invasion.
