Murder Mystery 2 has put on its festive clothes for Halloween, and it hasn’t disappointed. With a cool, spooky new look, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the holiday whilst playing your favorite game.
But not only has the game got its ghoulish garbs, but it’s also got a new Halloween set of weapons. Let’s delve into the Halloween update for Murder Mystery 2.
The Halloween update for Murder Mystery 2
Like with the previous Halloween updates, Murder Mystery 2 has been spookified, and this is shown through the redesigned lobby and four Halloween-themed maps for you to play on. The game’s new look is a great one, it’ll be sure to get you in the Halloween spirit!
Adding four new spooky maps to the game was very generous, but it’s not all they added. New weapons have also hit the arsenal, and a new battle pass is available for purchase.
Across the maps, candies have a chance of spawning in the place of coins for players to collect. These candies contribute to the battlepass, where players can get festive new rewards and weapon skins. At the final battlepass tier, tier 30, the awesome Travelor’s Axe is up for grabs, although the final tier takes 3,000 candies, and not 300, like the others. The first tier is free, so log in and claim it! The candies can also be bought using Robux.
These candies can also be used to purchase the 2023 Halloween Mystery Box, which is full of weapon skins, all of which are spooky to some degree. The Traveler’s Gun is the most elusive, with a 0.2% chance of being dropped. There is a rainbow variant, the Chroma Traveler’s Gun, with the same drop chance.

The new Halloween weapons for Murder Mystery 2
As with every festive event, there are some exclusive weapons up for grabs. Each of these weapons are exclusive and need to be bought with Robux – and they’re rather expensive too. Players can either get the full ‘Darkness Bundle’ that includes them all or can buy some items individually.
The Darksword and the Darkshot cost 1,699 Robux each, and the Darkswirl is only available as part of the Darkness Bundle, which can be bought for 3,399 Robux.
So yeah, it is expensive, but if you have the spare Robux and want some exclusive spooky gear for Murder Mystery 2, then go for it.
