Now that Diablo 4 Season of the Construct is out and available to everyone, we can tell you about all the nice quality-of-life updates arriving.
With each new Season comes exciting features, but smaller updates and changes can be exciting as well. Here’s everything you need to know about these updates.
Diablo 4 Season 3: All quality-of-life updates and changes
According to a new Blizzard blog post detailing information about Season 3, there are a bunch of changes that’ll make life easier for you. Here are all the quality-of-life updates in Diablo 4 Season of the Construct.
First off, a feature many players have been asking Blizzard for is WASD movement. Normally when playing on PC, you need to use your mouse to move your character. Finally, PC players will get the chance to use the WASD keys to move their characters! Traversing like this may be easier for many gamers.
Another nice update that’ll make organizing your Stash much easier is gaining a new Stash tab. Now you can hold even more items than before. Blizzard also stated that starting Season 3, Helltides will be constantly active, besides a five-minute rest period once per hour. This way, you don’t have to constantly check for a timer online to see when the next Helltide begins.
There were a few other quality-of-life changes noted in this post and the patch notes. Here are all the minor QOL updates you can expect to see in Season 3:
- Skill Tree Respec Mode: A new mode allowing you to edit and preview your Skill Tree without having to spend gold.
- Higher Glacial Fissure Sigil material drop rates and more opportunities to attain them.
- Event Timers displayed on world map.
- Button bindings for Mount actions updated to become more intuitive on the controller.
- Keyword bonuses detail whether damage bonus is multiplicate or additive.
- Updated controller UI for trading gold.
- Updated icons for Living Steel Chests and Helltide Mystery Chests to make them easier to spot.
- Chilled visual effect is easier to see.
There seem to be a ton of nice UI and button changes that’ll make playing Diablo 4 a lot easier, including a new Seneschal Companion to slay demons by your side. Now that you know about all the QOL updates, you should learn more about how to actually start Season of the Construct.
