The game won’t tell you outright what Pals are needed to create a Fusion Pal, so we’ll help you out. Here are all the breeding combinations.

Palworld: All Fusion Pal breeding combos

The user “blahable” on the Palworld subreddit created a breeding combo spreadsheet including over 18,000 combinations! Yes, 18,000. Essentially, you can breed two pals to receive either a Normal Pal type or a Fusion Pal type. We won’t be able to list all the 18,000+ combinations in this post, so take a look at their spreadsheet on the Reddit post for that information.

But what we can tell you is how to get certain Fusion Pals. Currently, we know about 24 different Fusion Pals you can create through breeding. This could change in the future, since the game is still in Early Access. While we initially thought you just had to pair one specific Pal type to another of one element, according to this breeding calculator there are two specific parents needed.

How to breed Pals in Palworld

To breed Pals, you’ll need a Breeding Farm. You’ll unlock this at level 19 Technology. Unfortunately, you can’t just have them breed without some incentive. You’ll need to feed them Cake, which you can get in a few different ways, explained further below.

Once you have a Breeding Farm and Cake, here’s how you make two Pals breed:

  1. Pick up Pals with the “F” key and place them in the Breeding Farm.
  2. Place your Cake inside the wooden box beside the Breeding Farm.
  3. Wait until the breeding meter fills and an egg will appear on your base.

How to make Cake in Palworld

Using a Cooking Pot, which you can unlock at Technology level 17, you can bake Cake using Flour, Red Berries, Milk, Eggs, and Honey. But you can also get Cake another way, such as from the Pal named Lovander. Lovander can drop Cake upon defeat, and they seem to be the only Pal who drops this item.

There are a few other important ingredients in this recipe, which you can get from these methods:

  • Flour: Grow Wheat from Wheat Seeds on Wheat Plantations (Technology level 15).
  • Red Berries: Grow in the wild.
  • Milk: Dropped or farmed on a Ranch from Mozzarina.
  • Eggs: Around the open world, or drops from Chikipi.
  • Honey: Drops from Pals such as Beegarde, Cinnamoth, or Elizabees.

Now that you know what all the breeding combos are in Palworld, you may also be wondering how to find Eggs for the Incubator.
