When a weapon is added to MW3, you can expect it to go through many trials till it’s perfected. If you’re a fan of the Lockwood MK2 shotgun, you might be the next victim of these changes. So let’s go over all Lockwood MK2 changes including the buffs in Modern Warfare 3 (MW3).

If you use the JAK Warden Aftermarket parts, you can find them acting differently now. Let’s break down the Aftermarket part changes.
- Near-mid damage has increased from 25 to 26.
- Near-mid damage has increased range of 8.1 from its original 6.4. You might be able to get double and triple kills easier now.
- Mid-damage range has increased to 20.3 meters. This is at the minimum.
- Standing hipfire has gone up to 3.3 degrees from 2.3.
- On the opposite end, the maximum has gone up to 5.8 degrees.
Slug Shell changes for the JAK Wardens
While the gun itself has changed, the ammo you use will also be affected.
- Standing hipfire has increased the spread to 21 percent at the minimum.
- For the max, you’ll see another 21 percent increase in the spread.
- The damage value wasn’t placing the proper value at certain moments they are:
- Max 90 damage that goes up to 7.6 meters.
- Near-mid damage is 80 at about 15.7Â meters.
- Mid is 70 damage which can reach 31.8 meters.
- Min would be 50 damage to eliminate another player.
Gauge Ball ammo changes for the JAK Warned
Finally, the Gauge Ball got a few changes as well
- Standing hipfire went down to 21 percent as opposed to 100 percent. This is at the minimum.
- The maximum hipfire also went down. Now it’s 21 percent from it’s 80 percent.Â
With all these changes to the Lockwood MK 2, you might be able to get Hipfire Clean Kills now.
