All Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 Medallion locations and effects

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 brings with it new everything, as we’ve come to expect, including three new Medallions for us to fight over. These Medallions are great boons, although they won’t come free.

All Medallions and how to get them in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4

Medallions are powerful boons that will buff your character should you collect them, and they’ll stay with you until you either die or drop them. Upon equipping a Medallion, however, other Fortnite players will see your general radius on the map, and can hunt after you looking for these Medallions, so be ready for a fight!

There are three Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, and for them to enter play in the first place, someone will need to take on the powerful Marvel villain that’s guarding them. They each have their own defender, and they’ll always be in the same place, ready for players to challenge them.

Below is all the information you’ll need about all three Medallions: where they are, who’s guarding them, and what they do.

Stealth Medallion

The Stealth Medallion temporarily grants players invisibility when you crouch, meaning you can get the jump on players or escape their advance.

This Fortnite Medallion is located in Doomstadt, and is guarded by Mysterio. Upon defeating Mysterio, you’ll also be granted the Mythic Sovereign Shotgun, a shotgun so precise it’s essentially a close-range sniper.

Reveal Medallion

The Reveal Medallion will frequently detect other nearby enemies, similar to mechanics from other NPCs in Fortnite before. This allows for a great advantage, and is my personal favorite of the three.

You’ll find this Medallion in The Raft, where you’ll also find its guardian, Emma Frost. Should you defeat her, you’ll also be awarded the Striker Burst Rifle, which has only recently become moddable.

Siphon Medallion

The Siphon Medallion will give you shield and HP upon defeating enemies, increasing your survivability should you be any good at killing your opponents.

This Medallion can be found in Castle Doom, where Doombot resides to protect it. When you defeat Doombot, you’ll also get the Monarch Pistol to sweeten the deal.
