Here’s every secret we’ve found in FNAF: Into the Pit. Be warned, this section contains spoilers!

“Left Dad behind” secret ending

If you’re too scared to continue Into The Pit after the lights go out, you can actually leave the Pizzeria and achieve a secret ending before things get too terrifying.

When given the objective to “Look for Chip and Mike,” you can instead exit the building through the main door and “complete” the game and earn the “See Ya, Dad” Achievement. Don’t worry; you can continue after the credits have rolled. Oz will even stop if you try to do it again.

“True” 3 Star ending

There are a handful of endings in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into The Pit, and the “true” ending requires a little bit of work. To experience the three-star ending, you must meet the following requirements before completing the game:

What am I? ending

In the final scene of the game, completely ignore the QTEs and let the Yellow Rabbit attack you. Instead of getting the usual game over, you’ll experience a secret ending that I won’t spoil here. You are able to continue from this and get any of the normal endings, so feel free to check it out!

Count The Ways minigame

Interacting with the candy machine in the past around 100 times unlocks one of three secret minigames required for the 3 Star Ending. This one is based on the Count The Ways Fazbear Frights story.

Fetch minigame

Collect tickets by playing arcade games and deposit them into the Ticket Eater to earn Vouchers. Spend five vouchers at the prize machine to unlock the second secret minigame, based on Fetch.

To Be Beautiful minigame

The final minigame required for the 3 Star Ending is based on To Be Beautiful. This is only playable during Night 5 by calling Mom at 5555684.

All secret phone numbers in Into The Pit

Once you receive the phone in Night 1, there are a number of secret phone numbers you can call to read various conversations and listen to interesting audio clips. Every number is listed below for you to try out yourself, or you can read on to find out what each number does below.

  • 7774648 – Springtrap
  • 911 – Police
  • 626453 – Mystery
  • 1800083 – Freddy Fazbear’s
  • 787738 – Music Box
  • 5555325 – Plumber
  • 5555333 – Jeff’s Pizza
  • 5555555 (5th night only) – Mrs. Meecham

Springtrap’s springlock

One of the most interesting secrets in Into The Pit involves none other than William Afton himself. Calling 7774648 (which spells SPRINGT) will play very gruesome audio of William Afton’s Springlock incident, turning him into Springtrap. Not sure how he recorded this while he was getting impaled, but I’ll take it.

911 – Who You Gonna Call? Achievement

Naturally, my first thought when obtaining Mom’s phone on Night 1 was to call 911, considering the murderous rabbit man in my home. If you try this, you’ll get the message, “Unfortunately, 911 services have been suspended in your area for budgetary reasons.” This also unlocks the “Who You Gonna Call?” Achievement, which isn’t the only Ghostbusters reference in Into The Pit.

Mysterious noise

Calling 626453 plays an audio clip of strange sounds, then hangs up. Spooky!

Freddy’s music box jumpscare

Calling 787738 plays Freddy’s iconic music box jingle, then jumpscares you with a loud noise when the call ends. Hur hur hur hur hur…

Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza

1800083 calls Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, with five references cleverly crammed into a single line of dialogue: the Bite of ’83, Molten Freddy, Golden Freddy, the 1983 murders, and exotic butters. Impressive!

Plumber

In a phonebook by the attic is the number 5555325, which calls up the local plumber. This one has a few different dialogues for the first few times you call.

Jeff’s Pizza

Jeff’s Pizza, home of Jeff’s Pizza, can be reached at 5555333. Bother Jeff enough times, and eventually, it’ll go to voice mail and jumpscare you with a loud scream.

Mrs. Meecham

During the fifth night only, calling 5555555 allows you to speak to Mrs. Meecham. That’s a lot of fives.

Secret phone numbers

Naturally, my first thought when obtaining the phone on Night 1 was to call 911, considering the murderous rabbit man in my home. Turns out, there’s a handful of secret numbers you can call tied to various Easter Eggs.

  • 911 — The automatic response explains that 911 services have been suspended in Oswald’s area for “budgetary reasons.” You’ll also unlock the “Who You Gonna Call” Achievement.
  • 7774648 — Calling this number will play a maniacal laugh, followed by extremely gruesome audio of William Afton’s springlock incident.
  • 1800083 — This number calls Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, with five references cleverly crammed into a single line of dialogue: the Bite of ’83, Molten Freddy, Golden Freddy, the 1983 murders, and exotic butters. Impressive!
  • 626453 — Calling this number causes a strange noise to play, and then the call hangs up.

All Easter Eggs and references in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into The Pit

Loading screen tips

Loading screens in Into The Pit usually display helpful tips and hints, but there’s a chance for a reference to the series to appear in their place instead. My personal favorite is “The animatronic characters here get a bit quirky at night.”

Ghostbusters

Ghostbusters Fnaf Into The Pit

When you first enter Freddy Fazbear’s, you can speak to a group of children to eavesdrop on a conversation. The Excited Kid will mention that his dad is taking him to watch a movie about “busting ghosts,” while the other kid warns him not to get “slimed.” This is a not-so-subtle reference to Ghostbusters and serves as the game’s first hint that Oswald has found himself in the 1980s.

GGY

When interacting with the arcade machines in Freddy’s, Oswald will comment that the top scores are all from GGY. This is a reference to the Tales from the Pizzaplex story of the same name and is also featured in the arcade machines in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach.

Trash and the Gang

The Trash and the Gang “animatronics” from Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator can be spotted outside The Mill. You can also see various scrapped animatronic parts. Poor Mr. Can Do, you went too soon.

Freddy nose honk

As a staple of the franchise, the Freddy cutout in the lobby at Freddy Fazbear’s honks when you interact with it. You also earn the “Honk Honk!” achievement upon the first honk. Be careful, as this maxes out the noise meter.

Purple Guy in Collect The Hats

In the Collect The Hats minigame, jump onto the middle-left platform and walk against the wall to enter a series of new rooms. At the end, you’ll spot Purple Guy dropping a secret sixth hat into the pit below.

Frank’s Pizza music

If you listen carefully, you’ll notice that the music playing in Frank’s Pizza contains notes from the Toreador March, Freddy’s iconic theme.

Stitchwraith

Staying idle for 10 minutes in Oswald’s room causes the Stitchwraith from the Fazbear Frights book to appear in the window.

Oswald’s room

Oswald Room Fnaf Into The Pit

Speaking of Oswald’s room, there’s a small chance for the poster next to the closet to change into the cover of Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Twisted Ones. The toys in his room are also a reference to FNaF 4 bedroom, and the Rigor Mortis poster is a reference to the Count the Ways Fazbear Frights story.

395248

The blackboard in the classroom has the number “392548” written down, which is the code used to unlock the Stage 1 minigame in Five Nights at Freddy’s 3.

Nothing Divided in Half is Nothing

In the classroom, one of the books is titled “Nothing Divided in Half is Nothing,” which references the Fazbear Frights story What We Found.

If you’ve yet to play through Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit or want to achieve the secret ending, check out our full walkthrough starting from Night 1. Good luck!
