Below is a list of all four bosses in Ark Survival Ascended ranked from easiest to hardest. Please note that currently The Island is the only map in the game, and so I can only rank the bosses from that map.

Megapithecus
The Megapithecus resembles a giant Yeti, and is generally accepted as the easiest boss on The Island. This boss doesn’t inflict any negative buffs on you or your mounts, so you only must focus on the hyperthermia of the natural environment, which can be combated with warm clothing.
The best strategy for dealing with the Megapithecus is to swarm it with powerful tamed dinosaurs, with the T-Rexes and other large and powerful dinosaurs being the best for this. Upon being swarmed, you can sit back and relax as your loyal tames rip the boss to shreds.
The Megapithecus will try to attack you using powerful slam attacks, and from afar with giant rocks. It can also summon Gigantopithecuses and Mesopithecuses, so be careful of those additional creatures spawning in the arena, although your mounts will easily deal with them.
The Megapithecus has 180,000 health in the Gamma difficulty, 396,000 health in the Beta difficulty, and 540,000 health in the Alpha difficulty.
All in all, being able to simply relax whilst your mounts deal with the boss and the summons makes this the easiest one of all the bosses. As long as you remain warm and mounted, you can watch the show.
Broodmother
The Broodmother is a giant spider that will swarm you with minions. Being the intermediate boss of The Island, more caution is required here. The Araneo spiders are a nightmare to deal with, and attacks by both the summons and the Broodmother may slow you down and cause torpor damage, which is the last thing you’ll want.
The classic method of “Rex rushing” also applies here, so it isn’t a huge step up in difficulty. You can bring firearms as a last resort weapon if you wish, although you can keep your gun holstered if you’ve got the right tames. Megatheriums are very effective in this fight, so make sure you’re bringing a handful of them into combat.
The Broodmother is slow but relies on her ranged attacks and Araneo to take you down. Its ranged attacks will slow you down and cause torpor damage, so make sure they’re busy with your tames and not targeting you. Due to these ranged attacks, you’ll want to stay mounted at all times to keep the fight a breeze.
The Broodmother has 324,000 health in the Gamma difficulty, 648,000 health in the Beta difficulty, and 972,000 health in the Alpha difficulty.
Altogether, due to the viable method of rushing the boss with powerful dinosaurs, you will still have a fairly easy time defeating the Broodmother. Although the extra attacks, caution, and health do make this more difficult than the previous boss.
Dragon
You’ll want to have defeated both the Broodmother and Megapithecus before you even think about taking on the Dragon, as it is truly a difficult boss to take down. Not just from the boss itself, but due to environmental and minion dangers.
The Dragon can spawn in Pteranodons and Dimorphodons, meaning you won’t be safe sitting up high on your mount. The Dragon’s AoE attacks also put you in danger even if mounted, so being very careful is key here. You can no longer sit back and watch the show. You’ll be plunged into a real boss fight.
The typical methods of Rex rushing won’t really work here, as the Dragon’s fire breath attack will rip through resistances and deal proportionate damage. For example, the Alpha variant of the Dragon will deal 20% of the creature’s maximum health as damage. Also, the boss’ fire attacks deal more damage to carnivores, so bringing in powerful herbivores is recommended.
The lava and high temperatures will provide a lot of difficulty, so wearing Mastercraft or higher-quality ghillie armor is advised. Bringing some Calien Soup is also very recommended.
The Dragon has 432,000 health in the Gamma difficulty, 864,000 health in the Beta difficulty, and 972,000 health in the Alpha difficulty.
With the environment, dangerous minions, and powerful AoE attacks, you’ll have your hands full with the Dragon. A proactive approach is needed, along with the right equipment.
Overseer
The Overseer acts as the final boss in the game, and it really makes you earn its defeat. Being able to take the form of the previous three bosses, alongside summoning its own powerful drones, you’ll find that it’ll take everything to take this boss down.
This boss possesses powerful attacks with a large range, making them difficult to avoid. Upon changing into one of the other bosses, it’ll retain some – not all – of that boss’ attacks, making this a very diversified fight. The constant stream of summoned Defence Units and Attack Drones can overwhelm, so your attention will have to be diverted as you take on the Overseer.
It’s difficult to lay out a solid strategy for this boss, as even powerful tames may not make it past the first phase. The Yutyrannus is a must, due to the Courage Roar ability that will buff your other tames. Make sure to remain mounted at all times during the fight, as you’ll be destroyed in moments.
The Overseer has 63,360 health in the Gamma difficulty, 132,480 health in the Beta difficulty, and 207360.0156 health in the Alpha difficulty. So yeah, it’s pretty beefy.
As the final boss, naturally the Overseer ranks as the most difficult boss. Doing this solo is a real challenge, and only those with the absolute best equipment and tames will make it.
