Steam and Direct2Drive sales charts have been invaded by Aion, snagging the two top positions in both
If the sales of Aion continues like this, it might become a big eye-opener for this year, as it continues to beat other big releases like Fallen Earth, Resident Evil 5 and Batman. We would probably not be that surprised ourselves, as Aion is indeed a very good game, which we have made an extensive preview series about and gave it an amazing 9.1 score in our review (still, Batman got 9.3).
Fallen Earth who Jeff Hollis mentioned in yesterday’s MMO Weekly is not doing too bad, however, taking up right after Aion on both lists. The low cost games of Direct2Drive is selling well, and it’s nice to still see Counter-Strike on the charts at Steam.
