Aerosmith walks this way onto Rocksmith 2014

Rocksmith 2014 - 04

I’ve kinda missed the weekly DLC updates for Rocksmith 2014 over the holidays. Sure, we’ve had a plethora of incredibly cheap games and the like, but I haven’t had the opportunity to publicly mock popular bands. Sad. Fortunately, the DLC’s holiday is now over: five Aerosmith songs have hit Rocksmith 2014. Which I guess makes that a very interesting definition of “fortunately.”

Those songs are Dream On, Sweet Emotion, Legendary Child, Same Old Song and Dance, and Oh Yeah. The songs are £2.39 each, or can be grabbed in one big pack for £9.69. Say what you will about the pricing, but considering the popularity of Aerosmith, these will likely sell incredibly well.

Wow. And I managed to make it through an entire news post about Aerosmith without making a “dude looks like a lady” joke.
