SouthPeak Interactive has joined forces with Nexway and released Velvet Assassin for digital download in Europe today.
The game is based on the real-life story of Violette Szabo, an Allied spy operating deep behind enemy lines in WW2, who met a grizzly end at the hands of the Sicherheitsdienst, the intelligence wing of the SS. The game can be downloaded here.
“We are pleased to be launching Velvet Assassin in Europe, and we are sure that fans of stealth and WWII games will enjoy this action-packed title. What is more, we are delighted with the SouthPeak deal and cannot wait to release more quality titles,” said Nexway’s Philippe Lebot.
The deal gives Nexway permission to digitally distribute all of SouthPeak’s catalogue across France, UK, Spain, Germany and Italy.
