If the listings on three of the UK’s leading online retailers are anything to go by, it seems as if Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is going to be a little more expensive than most new releases. Play, Amazon and HMV are all offering a pre-order deal for around £44.99 GBP, with a saving of £10 GBP. The standard listing price for the console versions of the game is £54.99, considerably higher than its predecessor. The PC version is listed at £39.99 GBP, or £29.99 GBP for pre-orderers.
