MGS V’s Metal Gear Online revealed with gameplay trailer

Dog confirmed.

The inaugural reveal from tonight’s Game Awards show was one which had been trailed beforehand; Metal Gear Online. That’s the multiplayer portion of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which is now confirmed to contain plush dogs, ipad devices that can change your appearance (uh, maybe) and metal walker things with guns on them.

Here’s the trailer. It’s a stream-rip at the moment, but I’ll try to find a more official one as soon as one appears. Update: It’s now the official Konami version.

Sadly, there was no hint of a Metal Gear Solid V release date. Just this Metal Gear Online trailer.
