Slightly Mad Studios and Bandai Namco Games have issued forth a release date for Project CARS! And it’s exactly the same time as every other game this year.
Project CARS, Slighty Mad’s aptly-named racing title, will be launching on 21 November at the tail-end of Holy Shit Launch Everything fortnight. For reference: Project CARS will be launching around the same time as Assassin’s Creed Unity, The Crew, Pro Evolution Soccer 2015, the next World of Warcraft expansion, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Far Cry 4, and LOTS OF OTHER STUFF. On the plus side there aren’t actually that many racing games during that period; on the downside, it’s not like people only play one genre.
As the name implies, Project CARS is a racing game from those racing specialists at Slightly Mad Studios. It looks incredibly fancy, and claims to be the most technically-advanced racing simulator yet. Will it live up to those claims? We’ll find out on 21 November, I suppose.
