On 18 September (or thereabouts, launch times will apparently vary by platform and region,) Stainless will release an expansion pack for Magic 2014 – Duels of the Planeswalkers. As you’d expect, it’ll come with new costumes for your player to wear and … ok, no it won’t, it’ll come with some new decks of virtual cards to use.
Five new decks, in fact. That’s said to be another 280 unique cards to unlock in battle; and battle you will, as there are also six new single-player levels to tackle. Ravnica and Kamigawa will be the destinations, there.
Maybe you prefer the puzzle-style challenge maps though? Don’t worry, there are five of those too.
A price for this doesn’t seem to have been announced yet, but a very similar sized expansion for Magic 2013 – Duels of the Planeswalkers cost $5.00 USD.
