All Week 0 quests in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 and how to complete them
There are five Week 0 quests for us to complete in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, although only four need to be completed to advance to Stage 1 of the Weekly Bonus Goals.
You will earn 20K XP for each of the following quests you complete, with an additional 30K XP up for grabs when completing four of them. So a whopping 130K XP can be earned when completing all five.
Quest 1 – How to find Dual Micro SMGs and damage opponents
The first quest requires you to deal 1,000 Damage with Dual Micro SMGs.
You will find Dual Micro SMGs as regular loot around the map. However, you can also talk to the Gwenpool NPC to grab a mythic variant of these guns, which would make for a much easier time completing this quest.
Quest 2 – How to search containers at different Named Locations
The second quest requires you to simply search two containers in different Named Locations in a single match.
This one is rather easy to do, as you’ll likely be looting containers from all over the place during your matches anyway.
Quest 3 – How to hide in hiding places or bushes in separate matches
Quest 3 requires you to hide in hiding places or bushes in three separate matches.
This one is also brain-dead easy, just remember to actually hide in three matches that you play by crouching inside of a bush or using a hiding space.
Quest 4 – How to eliminate 10 opponents with SMGs or Shotguns
Quest 4 requires you to eliminate 10 opponents with SMGs or Shotguns.
These will be found around the map, and as long as you’re good at eliminating opponents, this shouldn’t take too long to complete.
Quest 5 – How to find a Captain America Shield and use it
Finally, Quest 5 requires you to eliminate an opponent using Captain America’s Shield.
You’ll have the best chance of finding a Captain America’s Shield from Avenger’s Chests found in the new Season 4 locations. That said, it can be found as ground loot in any location, but it’s more rare.
All Week 1 quests in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 and how to complete them
There are five Week 1 quests for us to complete in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, just like with Week 0.
Also like with Week 0, you’ll receive 20K XP when completing any one of these quests, and only four need to be completed to grab the bonus quest reward of 30K XP.
Quest 1 – How to damage opponents whilst airborne
This quests requires you to deal 500 damage whilst in the air.
A good way to whittle this quest down is by repeatedly jumping whilst in a fight. This may be annoying, but if any hits land whilst you’re in the air, they’ll count.
Quest 2 – How to find the Monarch Pistol and use it
Eliminating one opponent isn’t so bad, but it must be with the Monarch Pistol.
The mythic weapon Monarch Pistol is only available by defeating Doombot in Castle Doom. The moment you’ve secured the pistol, all you have to do now is eliminate an opponent, so be careful or you’ll have to do it all again if you fail.
Quest 3 – How to survive until the top 10 players of a game
All you’ve gotta do here is keep playing until you’re one of the ten players left in a game.
You can achieve this by being good at eliminating others, or good at hiding and fleeing. Your choice.
Quest 4 – How to travel in the air with a vehicle
This quest requires you to travel 100 meters in the air whilst inside a car.
Pick up any car and just volley yourself off a ramp or off a cliff, as long as you get that sweet air time, that’s all that matters.
Quest 5 – How to search chests at Named Locations
This quest requires you to search 25 chests at Named Locations.
Unlike Week 0’s chest quest, they don’t need to be in different locations. Virtually any chest you search will count toward this quest.
All Week 2 quests in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 and how to complete them
There are another five Week 2 quests for us to complete in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, you know the drill.
Quest 1 – Eliminate opponents with the Striker AR
For this quest, you must eliminate three opponents specifically with the Striker AR.
You can find this weapon like normal, from chests or the ground. Once you’ve found one, make sure to lock in to get those kills.
Quest 2 – How to sprint distance after taking damage
For this quest, simply sprint away (or toward) enemies once they’ve dealt damage to you for a total of 100 meters.
Picking fights with NPCs is likely the safest way to grind this quest. 100 meters isn’t too far so you’ll only have to keep on top of this for a handful of engagements.
Quest 3 – How to use Mod Benches in different matches
For this quest, all you must do is find and use a Mod Bench in two different matches.
I’d suggest going out of your way for the first two matches to complete this quest to get it out of the way. There are ten Mod Benches, and it costs 75 Gold to equip a mod, although it doesn’t matter which one.
Quest 4 – How to hire help or convert Henchmen
For this quest, you must either hire characters or convert defeated Henchmen five times in total.
Knowing where all the NPCs are could give you a hand in this quest. You can instead convert Henchmen by defeating them and reviving them. So long as you do either of these tasks five times in total you’ll be good to go.
Quest 5 – How to heal Health
For the final quest of Week 2, you just need to recover 200 health from any medical items.
To fast track this quest, you can stock up on healing items and let fall damage give you something to heal.
All Week 3 quests in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 and how to complete them
Yet again another seven Week 3 Fortnite quests greet us this week for completion, so let’s get going.
Quest 1 – How to find the Monarch Pistol and use it
For this quest, you must deal 300 damage with the Monarch Pistol.
This mythic weapon is only gained from beating the Doombot in Castle Doom, and once you’ve secured it you’ll need to deal some serious damage. If you can’t deal 300 damage all in one go, you may need to grab the Monarch Pistol in a few different matches.
Quest 2 – How to hire a specialist
For this quest, you must collect 50 ammo whilst you have a hired specialist.
There are four specialist currently in Fortnite: Artemis, Centurion, Ruckus, and Triage Trooper. By hiring one of these NPCs and picking up ammo (preferably in the early game for more ground loot), you’ll complete this quest.
Quest 3 – How to collect weapons from eliminated opponents
For this quest, you must grab 15 weapons that have been dropped by eliminated enemies.
You don’t necessarily have to be the one to eliminate these enemies, so swooping in on other players’ kills to grab their guns for this quest may be the way to go.
Quest 4 – How to travel distance in a vehicle whilst boosting
For this quest, you must travel 500 meters from boosting a vehicle.
Grabbing a car and spamming the boost whenever you can is really the only way to beat this quest.
Quest 5 – How to damage opponents within 10 seconds from sprinting
For this quest, you must deal 3,000 damage to other players within 10 seconds from stopping sprinting.
This weekly quest is pretty tricky as you have to deal so much damage. As you’re running around a lot anyway, make sure that you only stop sprinting when you know you’re about to land some shots.
Quest 6 – How to restore health
For this quest, you must restore 200 health. That’s it.
You can let fall damage hurt you and patch it back up to get through this quest as quick as you can.
Quest 7 – How to hit weakpoints with a pickaxe
For this quest, you must hit 30 weakpoints with a pickaxe.
I’d suggest you smash this one out in your next game. Find a house and go crazy tearing it down to get those weakpoints. Remember that your crosshair needs to be pointed at the circles that pop up whilst mining.
All Week 4 quests in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 and how to complete them
This week, we’re given seven weekly quests to complete, so let’s chase them before the next set release.
Quest 1 – How to hit opponents or block hits with Captain America’s Shield
To complete this quest, you must hit opponents and block with Captain America’s Shield 15 times total.
You’ll find this mythic weapon from chests in any of the new regions, or as drops from other players. If hitting other players is too tricky, then try simply shielding from them. Antagonise an enemy and watch them try to shower you with bullets.
Quest 2 – How to eliminate opponents with a headshot
For tis quest, all you must do is eliminate an opponent with a headshot.
All of your previous hits and strike them anywhere in the body, as long as the final hits lands in the head. Using snipers or accurate rifles will help with this quest.
Quest 3 – How to complete a SHADOW briefing
For this quest, you must complete one SHADOW briefing.
To do this, find a SHADOW terminal. These will pop up on the map and screen when you’re close to one and they can be found in many places around the map. You will have to accept the challenge and complete it in under five minutes. They’re typically pretty simple but you may need to keep trying over a few matches to complete one.
Quest 4 – How to damage opponents in Landmarks
This quest requires you to deal 500 damage to opponents in Landmarks.
It’s pretty easy to do this quest as you’ll be hunting down and shooting players all over the map anyway, but if you want it done quickly, make sure to land at a Landmark and start fights quickly.
Quest 5 – How to search chests at Named Locations before taking any damage
Interestingly, this quest asks you to search 10 chests before taking damage at Named Locations.
This is a pretty tall order as Named Locations draw in the most players at the beginning of the match. You may only get to open one or two chests before you take damage of any kind thanks to the intensity, but that’s okay. You may need to complete this quest over a handful of matches.
Quest 6 – How to survive Storm Circles
This vague quests asks you to survive three storm circles.
By simply playing the game and surviving, you’ll survive the different storm circles that form and close in, meaning you could complete this quest in one match if you’re good enough. Hiding an entire match for the sake of the quest is also viable.
Quest 7 – How to destroy objects and structures
This fun quest asks you to go to town and destroy 40 objects and structures.
The best way to complete this quest is by dropping into an urban setting and hacking your way through buildings, starting on the top floor, as quick as you can.
Now that you know how to complete all the current weekly quests for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, you can work toward them to get them done before the next set of weekly quests. Whilst you’re at it, you may as well score as many accolades as you can along the way for even more XP. Check back in weekly to get help with all the weekly quests in Fortnite!
