If you follow the main story, this is perhaps one of the first team compositions you can make (with Chixia being another Resonator option). It is very simple to use and it is quite balanced thanks to Yangyang and Baizhi’s Outro skills.
Start with Yangyang and collect Concerto Energy so you can boost Rover’s Resonance Energy recovery. After dealing Rover’s Resonance Liberation skill, switch back to Yangyang to use your Instant skill which will complement perfectly with Yangyang’s Zephyr Domain Resonance Skill. Heal with Baizhi and boost Rover to restart the loop.

Now, while Rover is a decent Main-DPS Resonator used for early game content in Wuthering Waves, you can use her as a Sub-DPS with Jiyan and Verina as your healer. This is the team I use because I can’t get myself to deploy a team without the main character, but I digress.
Start with Rover and follow the same loop as with the F2P team: Use Instant when switching to Jiyan who will strike the enemies with Tactical Strike. Release your Resonance Liberation skill and switch between both Resonators, with Verina healing when necessary.
While I would use Mortefi since he feeds Jiyan significantly better, I would not discard Rover for endgame content just yet. Call me nostalgic or whatever, but her stasis Resonance Skill is unique enough to not make her obsolete. Ascend Jiyan and Rover with Pecok Flowers and Verina with Belle Poppy so that you don’t fall to your inevitable death.
