Her summoning ritual is a little complicated as it requires materials from other bosses you may have faced from older seasons. Meaning, that Anderial will need material that’s dropped from Lord Zir and the Beast in Ice. In other words, if you haven’t faced them yet, now would be a good time to do so.

Unlocking Lord Zir is more straightforward than the Beast in Ice, for the latter you’ll need to farm Glacial Fissures. After you’ve beaten Lord Zir, he should drop Sandscorched Shackles. To face Anderial, you’ll need around six of these. As for the Beast in Ice, it drops Pinichushioned Dolls, and just like Lord Zir, six need to be collected. Once, those two items are in tow, you need to get two Stygian Stones. These stones drop in The Pit, which are end-game dungeons. Complete a run to earn a stone

Now that you have everything, it’s time to summon and fight the Tormented boss. To do so, head to Hanged Man’s Hall in Kehjistan. The closest waypoint should be Tarsarak.

How to beat Andariel

The first thing to note is that you should be around level 90 to have a winning chance, level 100 makes things a lot safer for you. On top of that, ensure you have elixirs that increase both physical and elemental resistance. She has a lot of quick attacks so try to have skills that increase your mobility IE Teleport or Leap. Finally, while optional, consider changing your skills so you attack a single target.

Now, let’s get ready for a fight.

If you have any quick-moving skills like Dash, use them as often as you can. A lot of her attacks aren’t AoE types but that covers a lot of ground. For example, she throws out Poison attacks that launch in front of her, dodge that attack as fast as you can. Andariel also will throw out mini balls made out of lighting, but these seem to move slower making it easier to anticipate.

The important thing about Andariel is that she can disappear at least two times. The first time this happens, pillars appear. You’re going to have to go into their shields and break them down. While you’re doing this, a large beam of blood is firing away, make sure you’re dodging it. When she disappears again, you have to destroy more pillars, dodge the blood beam, and avoid the blood that’s on the ground. She will disappear again, however, the attacks stay the same — they just hit harder
