How to get Browny in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns

In order to unlock Browny in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns, you must evolve the Fire Arm weapon. This has to be done on an Operation Guns map, but it should be noted that the Firearm does potentially spawn on the Hectic Highway. Here’s the exact process to unlocking Browny in Vampire Survivors:

  1. Unlock Lucia to ultimately unlock Hectic Highway
  2. Unlock Brad Fang
  3. Unlock Firearm by surviving 15 minutes with Brad Fang
  4. Evolve Firearm to unlock Browny

Browny is one of the 11 characters introduced in the Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC. With the entire DLC themed around the iconic side-scrolling shooter Contra, it only makes sense that the weapons and characters would draw from it directly.

To evolve Fire Arm into Fire-L3GS, you need a level eight Fire Arm, a level eight Candelabrador, and a Weapon Power-Up.

As we said before, you can go the hard route and try to find the Fire Arm (if it’s even available to find) across the bonus map Hectic Highway. Alternatively, if you wanted to save yourself some time, you could start a run with Brad Fang, whose starting weapon is the Fire Arm, and unlock Fire Arm by surviving for 15 minutes.

Once you’ve started the run on Neo Galuga, head to the nearest Weapon Power-Up, which should look like a briefcase. You must have a Weapon Power-Up to evolve the Fire Arm. These are metal briefcases scattered around the map. Then you’ll need to get Fire Arm to its max level, which should be level 8. After that, you need to make sure you have a Candelabrador passive item, and level that up to 8 as well.

Once you’ve done all of these prerequisites, find a particularly big bad enemy to defeat or find a chest somewhere on the map and you should have a chance to evolve the Fire Arm into Fire-L3GS. And if you missed it the first few times you played Neo Galuga, you should definitely try and unlock Newt next.
