Big boy Brad is only available for players who purchased the Operation Guns DLC. But simply purchasing the expansion isn’t enough, as you must find and open the coffin on Hectic Highway.

Hectic Highway is the secret bonus level you can unlock by playing the normal map of the DLC: Neo Galuga. To unlock Hectic Highway, you need to survive for 15 minutes on Neo Galuga with Lucia. So while you might not get Brad Fang right out the gate, his stats more than make up for his late arrival.

How to find and open the coffin on Hectic Highway in Vampire Survivors

The coffin in Hectic Highway, much like any other map, can be found by following the question mark on the map in the pause menu. This can only be done after you acquire the map, which you can find by pressing pause and looking at the map. Usually, coffins are located at certain endpoints of the map.

When I found Bill, it was at the very end of Neo Galuga, in some corner of the top right section of the map. So if you don’t have the Milky Way map, try scouring the corners of the map. The coffin is found to the right, but be careful, because when I approached it, a mob of bikers attacked. So long as you have some health and you touch the coffin, Brad Fang will be yours.
