Here are all of the Artifact types in Gatekeeper:

  • Modifier
  • Structure Change
  • Amulet
  • Rune of Creation
  • Cursed Signature

Five Artifact groups are unlocked already, but the rest are up to you. You’ll have to complete achievements to unlock the different groups. For the most part, they’re rather simple, and with some dedication, you can knock out many achievements in a short amount of time.

Once you’ve unlocked an Artifact group in Gatekeeper, however, you’ll have to purchase the Artifacts. This is done through Omni Stones, so although you’ll be able to unlock the Artifact groups quickly, you’ll still need to grind for them to become available.

To unlock several Artifact groups quickly, you’ll want to hit the easiest achievements first. Here is a solid list to get you started Artifact hunting quickly:

AchievementRequirementsAdvice
StrikeKill 10 enemies with one hitHybrid’s Whisper attack, when upgraded, deals lots of damage in a large radius. With more charges from the Enhancer Artifact, you can spam the attack to destroy lots of enemies at once.
Race against timeComplete the “Kill them all” mission in 100 secondsWith more players on the easiest difficulty, this can become a breeze. A powerful character some runs in, however, can solo this achievement if making efficient use of its build.
Siren hunterDefeat a Siren without taking damage from itThis is easily done in Arena mode, as you’ll be gifted many Artifacts and may luck out and get the Tarra boss.
Fail at the startDie at the first locationJust stand around, I guess. Choosing a Gatekeeper with less health would be advised, like Pandora. Can be done with Deadly choice
SurvivorPass the first planet without evolvingWith a good character, like Hybrid, you’ll be able to eliminate all of the weaker opponents easily. You can still collect Artifacts, just don’t level up your character.
Deadly choiceDie whilst selecting an ArtifactJust stand around while the Artifact choice screen is up. Take lots of damage before to make this quicker, as it slows the enemies down. Can be done with Fail at the start.

The rest of the achievements, for the most part, aren’t too challenging, although knocking these out will give you a great start.

With lots of Artifacts under your belt, and the knowledge to get more, you’ll be unstoppable in Gatekeeper.
