Not every buff is crucial these early-game incantations can make Hades 2 rather easy. However, knowing what they can be used on is also important. This is where Fate Fabric comes into play. It’s a necessary resource, and learning how to get Fate Fabric in Hades 2 can make the game more manageable.
Hades 2: How to get Fate Fabric
You won’t get Fate Fabric the same way as you would for the many other resources in Hades 2. It seems the only way to get Fate Fabric is to buy it from the Wretched Broker in your camp. He won’t be available till after the Summoning of Mercantile Fortune incantation. So before you reach this point in Hades 2, you can’t get the resource at all. Once you unlock the vendor, you can also get Nectar which is equally as important.Â
The Fate Fabric is inexpensive, so purchasing them is a breeze — provided you have enough Bones. To get Bones, simply play the game, getting as far as you can in each run, and you’ll unlock more of the currency. Or, you can use a weapon that yields more Bones per clear stage.Â
What is Fate Fabric used for?
As stated before, it’s a resource you’re going to use on incantation at the cauldron. These offer you bonuses for things like combat, crafting, and upgrading. If you pair these incantations with Keepsakes, you can create some interesting builds for your current run. Holding on and banking Fate Fabric can be a good strategy because every time you come back to the cauldron, you create an incantation.Â
When you progress in Hades 2, things will get tougher. At some point, you’ll need all the help you can get. By collecting and using Fate Fabric early on, you can set yourself to be quite powerful.
Even though Hades 2 is on PC currently, it would make sense to go on other platforms like the PS5, Xbox, and Switch right?
