While many BG3 players adore the prickly Minthara, I don’t believe anyone loves her as much as this goblin does. One Baldur’s Gate 3 player shared their discovery of a goblin’s hidden love letter to Minthara, or at least the scrapped ideas of one.
BG3 player finds a hidden love letter to Minthara from a goblin
Every week there seems to be something new that fans of Baldur’s Gate 3 find on Reddit, and this time it’s a goblin’s hidden love letter to Minthara. While Minthara can become one of your enemies, she can also become an ally with the right choices. Many people, especially this goblin, have fallen head-over-heels for this character.
You can find this love letter in Klagga’s pocket at the Goblin Camp. When you read it, it says it’s a scrap paper containing ideas for a supposed love letter. It reads as follows:
“Can’t compare her to the moon or the stars or any of that rubbish because she lives underground…she ain’t got any scabs or boils so can’t compliment the best ones…might think i’m too small, tell her I’ll buy a footstool for when we’re kissin’…put some dead spiders in my hair next time i see her…probably just send her some bits of people wot I killed…“
Klagga has such a lovely way with words. I know for a fact that if this love letter were finished it’d certainly sway Minthara. The combination of the spelling mistakes and the strange compliments that would only sound nice to a few select people make this a hilarious paper to find in BG3.
The funniest part is that if you listen to what Klagga is talking about in camp, he’s making fun of another dwarf’s poem. Meanwhile, he has a poem of his own! Talk about projection. One Reddito APracticalGal said, “I’ve always wished you could bring this up to either Klagga or Minthara.” It really would’ve been interesting to see their reactions to you finding this love letter.
There seems to be no end to the secrets that BG3 players are discovering in this game. Meanwhile, another Reddit post was from a player who discovered a secret passage almost no one knows about.
