Several former members of Bizarre Creations, the studio unceremoniously axed by Activision in January, have launched a new venture: Lucid Games.
Pete Wallace (development manager) and Peter O’Brien (senior producer) are mentioned as being on board, as well as an unnamed lead technical programmer who may or may not also be called Peter.
Founded by Professor Paul Morrissey, Lucid has stated that it is currently looking for some of “the best creative minds” to join them in the North West of England (close to Bizarre’s Liverpool location.)
The press release also notes that the studio is “currently talking to several publishers regarding potential projects.”
