You unlock the ability to change Jobs during Chapter 6 of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth‘s 14 total chapters. While Ichiban and co. are exploring Hawaii, they’ll eventually encounter the Alo-Happy Tours business. Alo-Happy offers a wide array of activities for tourists, and these tours are where the party gets the inspiration that unlocks their new Jobs. Since you visit Alo-Happy as a part of the main story, you don’t have to worry about missing it.

Once you’ve unlocked the ability to change Jobs, you can unlock new jobs at Alo-Happy by participating in different activities. Each activity costs a ton of cash and has personality requirements on top of that, so you may need to do some grinding to unlock the Job that you want. Once you’ve unlocked a Job, it’ll be available for all party members. You can freely swap between unlocked Jobs at Alo-Happy or any Alo-Happy changing booth throughout Hawaii or Japan.
