Fortnite Chapter Five Season Two features numerous POIs and locations inspired by Greek mythology, including Mount Olympus and The Underworld. While these are packed full of loot, players can find chests in just about every area of the Island.

Fortnite.gg has updated its interactive map (pictured above), which marks the location of all chests in Chapter Five Season Two — including Olympus and Underworld chests marked in gold.

Out of every location on the Island, Fencing Fields has the largest number of chests in a single area. Mount Olympus is also crammed full of both regular and Olympus chests, though you’ll need to watch out for the hordes of players challenging Zeus.

SHADOW Briefings are a new mechanic introduced in Chapter Five Season Two. Accepting a Plunder Briefing (yellow) will spawn two buried rare chests, while accepting a Supply Drop Briefing (blue) will cause a Supply Drop to fall nearby.

Chests from Plunder Briefings are always rare (blue) chests, making them a great way to complete quests, stock up on loot, and search for Mythics like the Thunderbolt of Zeus.

Weapon Bunkers are also a fantastic source of both regular and rare chests, as well as plenty of bars and weapon cases. You can also mod your weapons here to improve them or remove those pesky scopes if you’re used to third-person aiming.

Keep in mind that bunkers aren’t available at the beginning of the match. Around the third storm circle, the location of nearby bunkers will be highlighted in-game, but you can use Fortnite.gg’s map above to plan ahead.

How to find Olympus and Underworld chests

Olympus Chests are found in and around Mount Olympus and Brawler’s Battleground, while Underworld Chests are located within The Underworld and Grim Gate regions. These “god chests” have far better quality loot than regular chests and a high chance of containing Olympus-themed items, like the Wings of Icarus.

Chests aren’t the only loot source in Chapter Five, Season Two, however. Players can harness the power of the gods by defeating bosses and stealing their Aspects and unique Mythic weapons.
