Spoils of Conquest are the currency used to buy the best weapons from bygone days. As the game moves forward, certain locations become inaccessible, therefore locking away the weapons and gear that were associated with them. However, with Spoils of Conquest, they can be bought in Destiny 2, so here is how to farm them.
Best farming locations for Spoils of Conquest
Spoils of Conquest can be farmed through completing raids and the mid-raid chests throughout Destiny 2. Each of your characters can run through these various raids and earn themselves the Spoils of Conquest. However, some of these locations, especially the mid-raid chests, are easier to farm than others.
Vow of The Disciple
This one is one of the oldest, but still one of the best ways to farm Spoils of Conquest in Destiny 2. It relies on finding the mid-raid chests, but it’s an easy one to find if you just know where to look. Load into the Vow of The Disciple. This can be done solo, of course, but everything is better with friends.
- Destroy the Savathun Projection to open the door to progress.
- At the knowledge bout, destroy the three Abominations to remove the darkness.
- You now need to find the three “Secret Nodes.” They’re not too far off the usual path and will show up on your HUD when you get close enough.
- Once you have destroyed three of these nodes, continue on along the usual path until you reach a huge building on your right. There is a hidden door here that contains a chest with five Spoils of Conquest.
Crotas End
You’ll need a minimum of two people for this raid, but it’s a quick and easy method to farm Spoils of Conquest in Destiny 2. Load into the Crotas End raid.
- Get past the plate and make your way to the first lamp encounter. You will need a friend for this. Simply pick up the chalice to become enlightened and give it to a friend. Now, you can enlighten the bridge to build it. Head over the bridge into the pit.
- Stay on the left of the arena until you come to a door on the left. It is right at the end of the room, so try to move as quickly as possible. This is the second easy way to farm Spoils of Conquest in Destiny 2.
