Where are the Dual Kamas in MWZ?

The Dual Kamas seem to spawn randomly in Modern Warfare Zombies, but I’ve found them in Purple Rarity Large Merc Caches. These containers are fairly common, and you’ll find plenty as you complete objectives around the map. I’ve seen these Loot Caches in low-difficulty areas, so you can likely get them all over the map.

There’s a large loot pool in Caches, so don’t sweat it if you don’t find the Dual Kamas right away. You’ll get them eventually if you keep opening containers.

The best thing about the Dual Kamas is they kill most Tier 1 threats in a single hit. With how open the map is, it’s easy to get snuck up on or boxed in. If you’re reloading when this happens, it’s a death sentence, and it’s something you needn’t worry about with a pair of trusty blades.

Are Dual Kamas worth using in MWZ?

The Dual Kamas are great because they kill quickly and don’t cost valuable ammo. That said, I prefer guns wherever possible. If you’re staying on the edges of the map dealing with Tier 1 enemies, the Dual Kamas almost feel broken. Beyond that, I like keeping my foes beyond arm’s length and recommend a gun if you can spare the ammo.

Like in the original wave-based Zombies mode, you will go down in a split second if you get surrounded. Your health and plates will quickly deplete if multiple enemies hit you at once. With this in mind, only resort to melee when you know you’ll survive the encounter.
