Warcraft Rumble, Blizzard’s latest mobile game and a spinoff of World of Warcraft, is quickly becoming a fan favorite amongst RTS fans.
There are a variety of different enemies that will oppose you as you play through the game, and many are familiar faces from the game’s source material, World of Warcraft.
In this guide we will cover how to take on the night elf known as Raene Wolfrunner, who is the final boss of the Ashenvale zone and the enemy you need to defeat in order to earn your 30th sigil in Warcraft Rumble.
How do you defeat Raene Wolfrunner?
Raene Wolfrunner is a pretty tough boss to face. In fact, many consider her to be the first serious obstacle you’ll come across when you first start playing Warcraft Rumble, and not for nothing! For that reason, we recommend that all of your units are Level 7 or higher, since you’ll want to bring your best if you want a chance at taking her down! She spawns in some strong units called Huntresses, and they can be a challenge for underleveled units to take on.

When you’re taking her on, we also suggest that you bring lots of tanky units with you to battle. Raene Wolfrunner and her army can deal quite a bit of damage, so bringing units with a little more health can make all the difference. However, personal preference can also have a big impact on your chances here, so if you find that you’re struggling to play well with tanky cards then it’s best to use those you like best.
How can you win in the Raene Wolfrunner fight?
In the opening of the battle, Raene Wolfrunner will spawn in a multitude of different units as part of her army. She will bring in a number of Huntresses from the north, as well as lots of Alliance Footmen who will come from the west. Huntresses can be easily countered by tanks such as Abomination though, and her Footmen can taken down by a combo attack of a Ghoul and a S.A.F.E. Pilot. If you’re in trouble, don’t hesitate to bring some Chain Lightning to bear as well!
You may take some damage to your turret during the onset of the battle, but don’t stress too much about it. Raene Wolfrunner spawns in tons of units at the start, so it’s completely normal for your defenses to get overwhelmed at the get-go. Just don’t let it set the theme for the whole battle! Send most of your forces to attack her turret on the left and work to overwhelm it as fast as you can. While you’re doing this, make sure to keep an eye out for Huntresses as these will keep spawning in throughout the entire battle. Good luck, and make sure to watch your flanks for those pesky spawnables!
