How to customize your loadout in Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) campaign

Modern Warfare 3 has now premiered worldwide. While the campaign could’ve gotten off to a better start, there are still some enjoyable moments throughout.

One aspect that players will want to take advantage of in the campaign is the ability to change your loadout, which we’re going to run through below.

Modern Warfare 3 Campaign – How To Customize/Change Loadout

You’re going to be able to use a wide variety of weapons within MW3, most of which will also be viable throughout any of your multiplayer matches. However, regarding the single-player portion of the game, you’re also going to change your loadout depending on the situations you find yourself in, so you can use the weapons you prefer to use rather than the ones the game provides.

To change your loadout in Modern Warfare 3’s campaign, players will have to follow the outlined steps.

1. Load into a Modern Warfare 3 campaign mission.
2. Located a loadout supply drop, these are indicated by the white squares on your mini-map
3. Once here, this is where you’ll be able to change your loadout

It’s quite a simple solution, but one that can be overlooked by the sheer amount of enemies and loot that is around some of these loadout drops.

Modern Warfare 3 is packed full of weapons, and a vast majority of them seem to be re-skins of ones we’ve used in the past, but they still perform surprisingly well.
