Jingliu is a 5-star character from Honkai: Star Rail and is yet another Destruction DPS character. We’ve gotten Clara, Blade, and Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae, making Jingliu the fourth 5-star Destruction DPS in the game (excluding Destruction Trailblazer), so you might be a bit fatigued by the number of these characters. However, Jingliu still brings something unique to the table, with her damage coming from the HP of other allies. Here’s our guide on the best build for Jingliu in Honkai: Star Rail.

Light Cones: Best Build for Jingliu in Honkai: Star Rail
Jingliu is a Destruction character, and with tons of different Destruction options currently in the game, you’ll have a ton of great options for Jingliu. Here are some of the best Light Cones for Jingliu in Honkai: Star Rail:
- I Shall Be My Own Sword: This Light Cone is Jingliu’s signature Light Cone and will be obtainable alongside Jingliu’s limited banner. This Light Cone will increase the wearer’s Crit DMG by 20%, and increases the damage of the wearer’s next attack by 14% whenever an ally loses HP. This passive can stack 3 times, and when these stacks are maxed out, the next attack will also ignore 12% of the enemy’s DEF. This is a crazy amount of offensive stacks that is bound to increase Jingliu’s damage. If you decide to main her, it’s highly recommended to pull for this Light Cone.
- On the Fall of an Aeon: This 5-star Light Cone is actually free for all players who frequently participate in the Simulated Universe. This weapon increases the wearer’s ATK and damage after inflicting a Weakness Break. With high ATK scaling and damage buffs, this makes this a solid F2P choice for Jingliu players who can’t shell out the Stellar Jades required.
- A Secret Vow: This is a solid 4-star Light Cone that provides a general damage buff. As a 4-star Light Cone, it may be more attainable for free-to-play players or low spenders to obtain.
