Pokémon Sleep is the wholesome new Pokémon app that aims to provide you with a better sleeping schedule. Sleep is very important, and some people will enjoy the extra encouragement gained by taking Snorlax as an example. To help your buddy Snorlax get better and better sleep, you can lean on your helper Pokémon, which you will find throughout the game as you sleep more and more. It’ll be worth noting which are the best, to help you maximize your Snorlax’s Sleep score.
